Refund Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to NearField subscriptions provided by Ginnsoft LLC ("Ginnsoft," "we," "us," or "our"). Purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

1. Please Evaluate Demo Mode First

NearField can be downloaded and evaluated free of charge in Demo Mode before purchasing. Demo Mode is specifically provided so you can test the app with your own Mac, audio devices, cameras, VPN or private network path, permissions, and production workflow before starting a paid subscription.

We strongly recommend testing NearField in the environment where you expect to use it. That gives you the best chance to validate routing, latency, device compatibility, and network behavior before money changes hands, which keeps refunds and support headaches to a minimum for everyone.

2. 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of a NearField subscription charge. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

3. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, contact support@nearfield.ch with the email address used at checkout, your Paddle order or transaction information if available, and a brief note about the request. You may also follow the buyer-support instructions in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net for Paddle buyer support.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless Paddle, Ginnsoft, or applicable law requires a different outcome. Canceling does not automatically refund previous charges unless a refund is requested and approved.

5. Processing Time

Refund timing may depend on Paddle, your payment method, your bank, and applicable payment-network rules. Paddle receipts, buyer-support messages, or your bank may show the final processing timeline.

6. Abuse And Exceptions

We may deny or limit refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, duplicative, or outside this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Paddle may also approve, deny, or require refunds according to its buyer terms, payment-network rules, risk policies, or legal obligations.

7. Contact

Questions about refunds or cancellations can be sent to Ginnsoft LLC at support@nearfield.ch.
